Welcome to Laurier Play Zone! It is the newest daycare to join C-Fan.
Laurier Play Zone received our License Thursday August 29.
Please spread the word we would love to have new children join us!
Laurier Play Zone is a multiaged program. We have space for 4 infants and 16 preshcool or schoolage children.
Our phone Number is 447-2760.
The program supervisor at Laurier Play Zone is Janie Ferguson. Janie grew up in St. Boneface, Winnipeg and spoke only French until Grade 9 when her family moved to Gladstone, Manitoba. Janie has 3 children, Tyler 6 ,Clayton 5 , and Kara 22 months.
Tammy Gingras is the Program Director and can be reached at 835-2531.
Other staff at Laurier Play Zone are Cheryl Soucy, Merlaine Jonasson, Sherry Gamache and Marlene Bouechers.
THINGS WE NEED:
Double stroller, Christmas tree and unbreakable decorations, pots and pans, cooking and baking utensils.
SCHEDULES: Please give staff you schedule for the following week by Thursday. This gives us time to make our staffing schedule. Thank you to the parents who have given me their schedule a month in advance!
The theme for the month of December is Christmas
The Christmas Party will be held Wednesday, December 18th from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. and everyone is invited to attend. |

April Newletter
We will be closed April 18, (Good Friday), May 19,(Victoria Day) and May 23rd (MCCA Conference).
The centre will be open on Easter Monday.
Thank you to the Knights of Coloumbus for their donation of $300.00 for the new tables at the centre.
Hot lunch be held every Thursday.
Please send extra clothes for your child including pants and socks.
We are going to be holding a pizza fundraiser. The pizza's will be made fresh by Rosanne Peloquin. The form is attached. Please return your order by April 16th.
If anyone has any outdoor toys, such as pails, shovels small cars tractors, they no longer use please bring them to the daycare. We could use them for our outdoor play.
The toy lending catalouge has now been finished and is ready for parents. If you would like to see it please ask for it.
Remember your favorite child care worker during the week of April 27th - May 3rd. This is week of the ECE.
